Questions & Answers
The things families ask us most.
Have a question that isn't here? We would love to hear from you, reach out any time.
Do you health test your breeding dogs?
Yes. Health testing is the foundation of our program. Our breeding dogs are evaluated through OFA clearances for hips, elbows, eyes (CAER), and heart, along with DNA screening for inherited conditions. We believe in evaluating the whole dog: health, temperament, structure, and longevity together.
How does your reservation process work?
It begins with an application so we can learn about your home and what you are looking for. Approved families join our waitlist in the order received, and a $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your place. From there, we thoughtfully match each puppy to the right family. You can see every step on our Puppy Process page.
Are the puppies raised in your home?
Yes. Our puppies are raised underfoot in our home as part of our family, with early neurological stimulation, enrichment, and everyday household life from day one, so they are confident and well-adjusted when they join you.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind our dogs with a health guarantee and lifelong breeder support, because we believe ethical breeding should come with accountability, not just a sale.
What does my puppy come with?
Each puppy goes home with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, a veterinary wellness check, and a go-home packet with guidance to support a smooth transition. Full details are shared with approved families as your match is confirmed.
Can we visit and meet the parents?
We love connecting with our families. Visits and meet-and-greets are arranged for approved applicants, and we are always happy to share photos, videos, and updates throughout the journey.
